Julian Harris

Dr. Julian Harris is Chairman and CEO of ConcertoCare, a tech-enabled, value-based provider of at-home, comprehensive care for seniors and other adults with unmet health and social needs. Previously, Harris served as president of CareAllies, a group of Cigna-affiliated population health, MSO, & home-based primary care companies. Prior to that, he served as an advisor to Google Ventures and led a healthcare team in the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB), where he oversaw $1 trillion in spending & provided finance, management & policy oversight for programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS. In addition to this current role, Dr. Harris is an Operating Partner at Deerfield.
Q: What motivates you to continue working towards change each day?
A: The health equity gap has widened despite recent technological innovations, but I'm motivated by the potential that health tech has to deliver high quality care at home. I'm driven by a vision to keep people healthy and out of the hospital.
Q: What accomplishment(s) are you most proud of from 2023?
A: I’m proud that we have grown ConcertoCare to work with leading regional and national health plans to provide excellent care to the most medically and socially complex seniors, those who are too often overlooked by the health care system.
